About Me
For more than twenty years I've explored one question:
Why do extraordinary women still struggle in love?
My journey began in fitness, wellness, Yoga, Kinesiology, Tantra, women's hormonal health and sensual restorative movement. Those became building blocks of self-love, self-care, foundations for vitality, joy and pleasure.
My own struggles in love, unhealthy patterns, sabotaged relationships eventually led me into MarsVenus gender intelligence coaching, exploring relationship psychology, evolutionary biology, Jungian psychology, attachment theory, Taoist philosophy, and now a Master's in Counselling Psychology.
Today I see they were all answering the same question:
How do we become women who is rooted in her worthiness, vitality & joy, and who flourish in love without abandoning ourselves?
Queen's Alchemy is the method born from this live-long research and embodiment. And I am delighted to share this with you, dear sister.
