Feel the cool air as it fills your lungs, gently expands your belly and ribs, anchoring in the base of spine, in your root chakra. Exhale gently through your mouth, releasing any tension in your body. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more relaxed, more present in your body.

Place your hands gently on your abdomen, feeling the rise and fall with each breath. This is your connection to life, creation, and flow. Opening the receptive vessel breath, yin channel activation,  anchoring the breath into perineum, observing without trying to change.
